Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tools ZSTechLabs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Tools ZSTechLabs for personal or commercial purposes in line with your plan's terms. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Resell or redistribute access to the service itself
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
• Use the service to attack, scan, or probe infrastructure you don't own or have permission to test
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases — meaning Paddle is the seller you're legally transacting with, handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues your receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link on the billing page, which opens your Paddle customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy; contact us at billing@zstechlabs.com if you need help.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use of Network Tools

Diagnostic tools (port scanner, traceroute, DNS lookup, HTTP/SSL checkers, and similar) are provided for testing infrastructure you own or are authorized to test. We block requests to private, loopback, and internal-network addresses; attempting to circumvent that restriction is a violation of these terms.

Disclaimer

The materials on Tools ZSTechLabs are provided on an 'as is' basis. Tools ZSTechLabs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitations

In no event shall Tools ZSTechLabs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Tools ZSTechLabs, even if Tools ZSTechLabs or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
